How To Turn Recyclables Into Art

There are many products in your home that you can recycle and turn into art after using them. This is not only going to help you conserve materials and protect the environment, but it can also help you save money, get organized and add decor to your home. Glass is one of the easiest things that you can reuse several times in your home. Taking class wine bottles, washing them out, and wrapping them with twine or beads is a great way to create decor to put on shelves, in cases or on display.

Plastic containers can be used as Tupperware, to store crayons and crafts, or to put items in that need to go into storage. Old copies of papers or newspapers can be coloring pages for children who like to scribble and swirl, instead of using a fresh piece of paper for each child. These are just a few things that you can do to help save the natural resources we have here on earth. Call your local recycling center to find out where you can drop off other products, and to ask when pick up is. Most cities give discounts on water or trash for recycling so this may even save you some cash.
